Scope of Work
Design, Procurement, Construction and O & M of Bowyeb W.T.P, with product potable water capacity 60,000 m3/day. The plant is fully automatic operated by using SCADA system and using Mechanical Dewatering System (for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) to separate, dry and transfer the sludge to trash bin for disposal. The scope of work includes all civil works, 3 No.s Prime MV Generators (14.1 MVA), 4 No.s Cooling towers with Cooling
capacity of 113,540 KW, 5 No.s Lime clarifiers with total capacity of 21,509 m3/day, lime thickener with capacity of 864 m3/day, 12 No.s gravity sand Filters with Filtration rate 7.5 m3/m2/hr, 9 No.s High Pressure Pumps with capacity of 368 m3/ hr each, 8 No.s Brackish water Reverse Osmosis Units complete with Spiral Wound Membrane, Concrete Product Water tank with capacity of 15,000 m3, 5 No.s Product Transfer Pumps with capacity of 625 m3/hr each, and other related equipments, instrumentation & control and Electromechanical works.
